21. שימוש בכספים המתקבלים בקרן
תיקון: תשס״ו, תשפ״ג
הכספים שיועברו לקרן לפי הוראות חוק זה יתנהלו בחשבון נפרד, וישמשו לעידוד המיחזור של מכלי משקה, לכל מטרה אחרת שתקדם את ביצועו של חוק זה או את אכיפת הוראותיו וכן למטרות הקרן לפי הוראות סעיף 10(ב) לחוק שמירת הניקיון, התשמ״ד–1984, הכל כפי שיקבע השר, בהמלצת הקרן, ובאישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת.
