7ג. המועד להעברת התשלומים לקרן
תיקון: תש״ע
יצרן או יבואן החייב בתשלומים לפי סעיף 7ב, יעבירם לקרן עד המועד המפורט להלן:
(1)לעניין תשלומים לפי סעיף 7ב(א) המשולמים בעד שנה מסוימת – 1 במרס של השנה שלאחריה;
(2)לעניין תשלומים לפי סעיף 7ב(ב) המשולמים בעד תקופה של שנתיים – 1 במרס של השנה שלאחר התקופה האמורה.
