7ו. תשלום בשל אי־עמידה ביעדי איסוף של מכלי משקה גדולים
תיקון: תש״ע, תשע״א
יצרן או יבואן שלא עמד ביעד האיסוף האמור בסעיף 7ה(א), ישלם לקרן עד ה־1 במרס של השנה שלאחר מכן, בשל כל מכל משקה גדול שלא אסף בהתאם לאותו יעד, 60 אגורות.
