11. הוראות מיוחדות לרשות ניקוז
רשות ניקוז שתפקידים של רשות נחל הוטלו עליה לפי סעיף 2, לא יחולו עליה הוראות סעיפים 9 ו־10 לענין תפקידים אלה והיא תבצע אותם כדרך שהיא מבצעת את תפקידיה על פי חוק הניקוז; ואולם אופן אישור תכניות למפעלים ודרכי ביצוען יהיו לפי הוראות שייכללו בצו לפי סעיף 2.
