22. תקציב
תיקון: תשס״ב
(א)לא תחליט רשות נחל על ביצוע מפעל מסויים, אף שאינו מפעל ניקוז, אלא אם ערכה לפני כן אומדן הכנסותיו והוצאותיו של המפעל והאומדן אושר על ידי השר.
(ב)רשות נחל תערוך לכל שנת כספים, במועד ובצורה שייקבעו בתקנות, הצעת תקציב המראה אומדן הכנסותיה והוצאותיה; הצעת התקציב תוגש לשר לאישור.
(ג)לא ישולם סכום מכספי רשות נחל אלא על פי התקציב שאושר כאמור ולא תתחייב רשות נחל בשום התחייבות אלא לפיו או לפי החלטת רשות הנחל שנתקבלה כדין ואושרה על ידי השר.
