11. מעוולים יחד
היה כל אחד משני בני־אדם או יותר חבים לפי הוראות פקודה זו, על מעשה פלוני, והמעשה הוא עוולה, יהיו חבים יחד על אותו מעשה כמעוולים יחד וניתנים להיתבע עליה יחד ולחוד.
