14. חבותו של שולח
לענין פקודה זו, המעסיק שלוח, שאיננו עובדו, בעשיית מעשה או סוג של מעשים למענו, יהא חב על כל דבר שיעשה השלוח בביצוע אותו מעשה או סוג מעשים ועל הדרך שבה הוא מבצע אותם.
