17. ידיעתו של שלוח או עובד
כל מקום שלפי פקודה זו יש לטעון או להוכיח ידיעה, יראו ידיעתו של שלוח או עובד כידיעתו של שולחו או מעבידו, ובלבד שהידיעה נרכשה על ידי השלוח כשהוא פועל למען שולחו, או על ידי העובד תוך כדי עבודתו לגבי הענין או הדבר שעליהם נדרשת הידיעה.
