29. הסגת גבול במקרקעין
הסגת גבול במקרקעין היא כניסה למקרקעין שלא כדין, או היזק או הפרעה בידי אדם למקרקעין שלא כדין; אך אין תובע יכול להיפרע פיצויים על הסגת גבול במקרקעין אלא אם סבל על ידי כך נזק ממון.
