48. הפרעה לאור שמש
אדם עושה עוולה אם הוא מונע, על ידי חסימה או בדרך אחרת, מבעל מקרקעין או מן התופש אותם ליהנות מכמות סבירה של אור שמש, בהתחשב עם מקומם וטיבם של המקרקעין, לאחר שהבעל או התופש או מי שקדמו להם בזכויות אלו נהנו ברציפות מאור זה – שלא לפי תנאי חוזה או הסכם – לפחות חמש עשרה שנים שקדמו בתכוף לחסימה או למניעה.
