בתובענה שהוגשה על עיכוב שלא כדין רשאי בית המשפט, לפי הנסיבות, לצוות על החזרת הנכס המעוכב, בנוסף על כל תרופה אחרת שנקבעה בפקודה זו או במקומה של תרופה כאמור.
