57. סייג לתובענה על תרמית מסויימת
אין להגיש תובענה על היצג כאמור בסעיף 56, שנעשתה בנוגע לאָפיו של אדם, להתנהגותו, לאשראי שלו, לכשרו, למלאכתו או לעיסוקו, כדי להשיג בשבילו אשראי, כסף או טובין, אלא אם היה ההיצג בכתב חתום בידי הנתבע עצמו.
