91. הוראות בדבר פסיקת ”דיה“
בית משפט שאינו בית דין דתי מוסלמי או בית דין שבטי לא יפסוק ”דיה“; בתי דין כאמור לא יפסקו ”דיה“ בשל מעשה שנפסקו בעדו פיצויים לפי פקודה זו, ובית משפט לא יפסוק פיצויים לפי פקודה זו בעד מעשה שנפסקה בעדו ”דיה“.
