9. רשם גורמים מאשרים
(א)השר ימנה, מבין עובדי משרדו, אדם הכשיר להיות שופט בית משפט שלום, להיות רשם.
(ב)הרשם ינהל מרשם, שבו ירשום גורמים מאשרים וגורמים מאשרים זרים לפי הוראות חוק זה; המרשם יהיה פתוח לעיון הציבור.
(ג)הרשם יפקח על הגורמים המאשרים לפי הוראות חוק זה.
