104. אי־תחולה על מתנות
החובה להציע מקרקעין לבעל זכות קדימה כאמור בפרק זה לא תחול על העברה ללא תמורה, אלא שזכות הקדימה לא תתבטל ותחול לגבי מי שרכש את המקרקעין ללא תמורה.
