113. התיישנות
(א)במקרקעי יעוד אין התישנות.
(ב)במידה שלפי חוק זה חלה התיישנות במקרקעי ציבור שאינם מקרקעי יעוד, לא תתחיל תקופת ההתיישנות לפני היום שנרשמו על שם בעליהם.
(ג)במקרקעי ציבור לא יחול סעיף 94.
