151. תשלום אגרה כתנאי לרישום
על אף האמור בחוק זה, לא תיעשה פעולת רישום מבלי ששולמה תחילה האגרה שנקבעה לאותה פעולה, זולת אם החייב באגרה פטור או קיבל הנחה ממנה או שתשלום האגרה נדחה בהתאם לתקנות.
