167. קיום מינויים, רישומים וכו׳
(א)מי שכיהן ערב תחילת חוק זה בתפקיד של ממונה על המרשם, מפקח או רשם, יראוהו כאילו נתמנה לפי חוק זה.
(ב)לשכות רישום שהוקמו, אזורי פעולתן שנקבעו ופנקסים שהתנהלו בהן כדין לפני תחילת חוק זה, יראום כאילו הוקמו, נקבעו והתנהלו לפי חוק זה.
(ג)רישומים שנעשו כדין בפנקסים לפני תחילת חוק זה, יראום כאילו נעשו לפי חוק זה.
