18. שימוש בכוח נגד הסגת גבול
תיקון: תשמ״א
(א)המחזיק במקרקעין כדין רשאי להשתמש בכוח במידה סבירה כדי למנוע הסגת גבולו או שלילת שליטתו בהם שלא כדין.
(ב)תפס אדם את המקרקעין שלא כדין רשאי המחזיק בהם כדין, תוך שלושים ימים מיום התפיסה, להשתמש בכוח במידה סבירה כדי להוציאו מהם.
