24. תשלום בעד שימוש
בית המשפט רשאי, אם נראה לו הדבר צודק בנסיבות הענין, לחייב את המקים לשלם לבעל המקרקעין שכר ראוי בעד התקופה שבה החזיק המקים במחוברים שלא כדין.
