69. הנציגות – מורשה של בעלי הדירות
הנציגות תשמש מורשה של כל בעלי הדירות בכל ענין הנוגע להחזקתו התקינה ולניהולו של הבית המשותף, והיא זכאית בענינים אלה להתקשר בחוזים ולהיות צד בכל הליך משפטי ובכל משא ומתן אחר בשם כל בעלי הדירות.
