7. גמר העסקה
(א)עסקה במקרקעין טעונה רישום; העסקה נגמרת ברישום, ורואים את השעה שבה אישר הרשם את העסקה לרישום כשעת הרישום.
(ב)עסקה שלא נגמרה ברישום רואים אותה כהתחייבות לעשות עסקה.
