73. הזכות לתבוע בסכסוך
ואלה זכאים להביא סכסוך להכרעתו של המפקח:
(1)כל בעל דירה או צד אחר לסכסוך כמוגדר בסעיף 72;
(2)נציגות הבית המשותף.
