תיקון: תשל״ז
לא נכונה בבית נציגות לפי הוראות התקנון, או שהנציגות אינה פועלת, רשאי המפקח למנות לאותו בית נציגות, והוראות סעיף 77ד יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, על מינוי הנציגות, קביעת שכרה ומעמדה.
