95. העברת הזיקה
בזיקת הנאה לטובת אדם או סוג בני אדם אין בעלי הזיקה רשאים להעביר זכותם אלא בהסכמת בעל המקרקעין הכפופים, והוא באין הוראה אחרת בתנאי הזיקה.
