112. טפסים
(א)המנהל רשאי לקבוע את הטפסים הדרושים לביצוע חוק זה; קבע המנהל טפסים כאמור לא ישתמש אדם אלא בהם.
(ב)טפסים שנקבעו אין חובה לפרסמם ברשומות.
