81. הודעה על חיוב במס באיגוד
תיקון: תשנ״ט־4, תשס״ה־3
הוברר למנהל כי פעולה באיגוד שנמסרה עליה הודעה לפי סעיף 16(ג) או לפי סעיף 75(ג) היא פעולה באיגוד מקרקעין שחייבים עליה במס, יודיע על כך לעושה הפעולה ולמי שהוקנתה לו הזכות באיגוד באותה פעולה, ומי שנמסרה לו הודעה כאמור יהא חייב במסירת הצהרות למנהל כאמור בסעיפים 72ח, 73 ו־75 כאילו עשו את הפעולה ביום שנמסרה להם הודעת המנהל לפי סעיף זה.
