14ג. תשלום פיצויים בזכויות בקרקע
תיקון: תש״ע
ניתנו זכויות בקרקע אחרת כפיצויים בעד רכישת זכויות בקרקע לפי פקודה זו, רשאי שר האוצר להחליט כי הזכויות שנרכשו דרושות לצורך ציבורי השונה ממטרת הרכישה המקורית או להשתמש בזכויות כאמור לכל מטרה אחרת, לרבות העברת הזכויות לאחר, בכפוף להוראות כל דין, בלא תשלום פיצוי נוסף בשל כך, ולא יחולו לעניין זה הוראות סעיפים 14 עד 14ב.
