23. עונשו של המפריע לקבלת החזקה
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ח־3, תש״ע
כל אדם –
(א)המפריע בזדון או המונע את שר האוצר או כל אדם הפועל מטעמו או מכוחו מלהכנס או להשתמש באיזו קרקע שהיא בהתאם להוראות הפקודה הזאת, או
(ב)מציק, מונע או מפריע לאותו אדם כשהוא מחזיק באותה קרקע,
יאשם בעברה, ויהא צפוי בצאתו חייב בדין לקנס של עשרים וחמש לירות או למאסר שלשה חדשים או לשני הענשים כאחד.
