25. תקנות
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ע
יכול שר האוצר להתקין תקנות הקובעות –
(א)(נמחקה);
(ב)את דרגת הוצאות המשפט בעד הפיצויים שפוסקין עפ״י פקודה זו;
(ג)את הדרכים שבהם יבררו בעת ובעונה אחת תביעות לטובות־הנאה שונות באותה קרקע;
(ד)בדרך כלל, תקנות להטלת הפקודה הזאת.
