26. ביטול
תיקון: 1946
פקודת הקרקעות (הפקעה) ופקודת הקרקעות (רכישה לצורך הצבא וחיל האויר) מבוטלות בזה:
בתנאי כי מקום שנמסרה הודעה לשאת ולתת בגין קרקע כל־שהיא לפי קביעותיו של סעיף 5 מפקודת הקרקעות (הפקעה) או סעיף 4 של פקודת הקרקעות (רכישה לצורך הצבא וחיל האוויר), תחולנה קביעותיה של הפקודה הראשונה או האחרונה – הכול לפי העניין – על הפקעתה של אותה קרקע, כאילו לא הועברה הפקודה הזאת.
