4ב. תקופת כהונה
תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)תקופת כהונתו של חבר המועצה היא בת ארבע שנים.
(ב)חבר המועצה שתקופת כהונתו תמה, ניתן למנותו לתקופות כהונה נוספות, ובלבד שלא יכהן יותר משלוש תקופות כהונה רצופות.
