4ו. איסור עסקאות עם הרשות
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשע״ז
(א)חבר המועצה, או תאגיד שהוא בעל ענין בו, לא יתקשר עם הרשות ולא ייצג את מי שהתקשר עם הרשות בעסקה או בסוגי עסקאות, למעט עסקה שאינה בעלת אופי מסחרי, זולת אם התירה המועצה את סוג העסקאות או התירה ועדת המשנה לביקורת של המועצה את העסקה המסוימת, מנימוקים שיירשמו.
(ב)בסעיף זה ובסעיף 4ז, ”בעל ענין“ – כמשמעותו בחוק ניירות ערך, התשכ״ח–1968.
