4יא. ממלא מקום היושב ראש
תיקון: תשנ״ה
ממלא מקום יושב ראש המועצה ימלא את תפקידי יושב ראש המועצה בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)יושב ראש המועצה נעדר או שנבצר ממנו למלא את תפקידו;
(2)ממלא המקום נתבקש לכך בכתב על ידי יושב ראש המועצה.
