106. דיירים שנתנו הצהרה כוזבת
דייר יוצא ודייר מוצע שמסרו הצהרה כוזבת בענין הפרטים המפורטים בסעיף 85(1)(ג) או (ה), חייבים, שניהם יחד וכל אחד לחוד, לשלם לבעל הבית את הסכום שלא שולם לו עקב ההצהרה הכוזבת, או להחזיר לו את הסכום שהוא שילם עקב זאת לדייר היוצא יותר ממה שהיה מגיע לו לפי חלקו.
