108. עונשין
דייר יוצא ודייר מוצע שמסרו הצהרה כוזבת בענין הפרטים המפורטים בסעיף 85(1)(ב), (ג) או (ה), וכן דייר שהעביר החזקה או סייע לקבל החזקה כאמור בסעיף 107, ואדם שקיבל החזקה כאמור בסעיף 107, דינם – קנס עשרת אלפים לירות.
