היו מטבח או חדרי שירות או הכניסה למושכר בשימוש משותף של הדייר ושל דייר המשנה היוצא, תשמש עובדה זו טעם סביר להתנגדותו של הדייר לעצם השכרת המושכר לדייר משנה אחר.
