122. העברות וחילופין תוך שנתיים – פעולה אחת הן
הקניית השליטה או העברתה בחברת מעטים, וכן העברת הזכויות ליותר מחמישים אחוזים מן הרווחים בשותפות, שנעשו שלבים שלבים תוך תקופה של שנתיים, יראו אותן לענין סעיפים 120 ו־121 כאילו נעשו בבת־אחת.
