132. סייג כללי לפינוי
(א)על אף קיומה של עילת פינוי רשאי בית המשפט לסרב לתת פסק דין של פינוי אם שוכנע שבנסיבות הענין לא יהיה זה צודק לתת.
(ב)ניתן פסק דין בתביעת פינוי, והוגש עליו ערעור, רשאי בית המשפט לערעורים לשקול מחדש אם היה זה צודק לתת את פסק הדין.
