140. סמכות
תיקון: תשל״ג
(א)בית דין לשכירות יהיה מוסמך לדון בכל ענין הנובע מהוראות פרקים ב׳ עד ה׳ של חלק ב׳, יהיה שוויו אשר יהיה.
(ב)בתחום סמכות זו יהיה כוחו של בית דין לשכירות ככוחו של בית משפט שלום במשפט אזרחי.
(ג)סעיף זה אינו בא לגרוע מסמכות הנתונה לבית משפט אחר לפי חיקוק אחר.
