15. מושכר מעורב
מושכר שבחלקו דירה ובחלקו בית עסק, יחול חוק זה על כל חלק כדינו, ואולם רשאי בית המשפט או בית הדין – כל אחד במסגרת סמכותו – לראות מושכר כולו דירה או כולו בית עסק, אם לפי הנסיבות ולצורך הענין המתברר לפניו אין להפריד בין חלקיו.
