152. פטור מרישום בפנקסי מקרקעין
על אף האמור בחוק המקרקעין, תשכ״ט–1969, שכירות לתקופה שאינה עולה על עשר שנים בדירה או בבית עסק שחוק זה אינו חל עליה, ואין עמה ברירה להאריכה לתקופה העולה על עשר שנים – אינה טעונה רישום בפנקסי המקרקעין; אין בסעיף זה כדי למנוע רישום שכירות לתקופה של עשר שנים או פחות, אם ביקשו זאת הצדדים לחוזה השכירות.
