154. תחילת דמי השכירות החדשים
דמי השכירות המגיעים מכוח סעיף 42, או מכוח תקנות משנות, יחולו מהיום שדרש בעל הבית, בכתב, את תשלומם; אולם רשאי בית־הדין להחילם למפרע ממועד מוקדם יותר, אם ראה לפי הנסיבות שמן הצדק לעשות כן, ובלבד שלא יקדים מועד זה ליותר משנה לפני יום הדרישה כאמור, ולא יקדימו לתשל״א או ליום תחילתן של התקנות המשנות, לפי הענין.
