23. דייר של בית עסק שנפטר
(א)דייר של בית עסק שנפטר, יהיה בן־זוגו לדייר, ובלבד שהשנים היו בני־זוג לפחות ששה חדשים סמוך לפטירת הדייר והיו מתגוררים יחד תקופה זו.
(ב)באין בן־זוג כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) – יהיו ילדי הדייר לדיירים, ובאין ילדים – אותם היורשים על פי דין שעבדו עם הדייר בעסקו לפחות ששה חדשים סמוך לפטירתו.
