31. דייר שהיה שוב לדייר משנה
היה אדם לדייר לפי סעיף 30 רשאי בעל הבית לחזור ולהשכיר את המושכר כולו, לרבות החלק המוחזק בידי אותו אדם, ומשעשה כן, יהיה אותו אדם לדייר משנה של הדייר החדש.
