34. דין שותפות
היתה שותפות רשומה דייר של בית עסק, לא ייפגע קשר השכירות בגלל שיצא ממנה שותף או הצטרף אליה שותף, אלא אם בחוזה שכירות בכתב היתה הוראה מפורשת אחרת.
