59. הפחתת תשכ״ב
(א)ניתנו לבעל בית דמי מפתח בעד מושכר לפני י״ז באב תשכ״ב (17 באוגוסט 1962) (להלן – תשכ״ב), יופחת בחמישים אחוזים הסכום הנוסף שעל הדייר של אותו מושכר לשלם לפי תקנות הגנת הדייר (דמי שכירות בדירות ובבתי עסק), תשכ״ב–1962, (להלן – תקנות תשכ״ב).
(ב)ההפחתה לפי סעיף קטן (א) תתחיל מיום תחילתן של תקנות תשכ״ב ותסתיים כתום עשר שנים מיום תחילת השכירות שבקשר אליה ניתנו דמי המפתח.
