נכס שביום כ״ו באב תשכ״ח (20 באוגוסט 1968) (להלן – תשכ״ח) לא היה דייר הזכאי להחזיק בו – לא יחול חוק זה על שכירותו כל עוד לא הושכר בדמי מפתח.
