91. פסק דין פינוי נגד הדייר היוצא
לא פינה הדייר היוצא את המושכר כאמור בסעיפים 87 עד 90, ישמש דבר זה עילה למתן פסק דין של פינוי מאת בית משפט נגד הדייר היוצא, ובלבד שלא יבוצע פסק הדין אלא לאחר שבעל הבית שילם לדייר היוצא את חלקו בדמי המפתח, או השלישו לזכותו.
