94. מועד הגשת הבקשה
בקשת רשות תוגש לבית הדין לא יאוחר מחמישה עשר יום מהיום שבו נשלחה לדייר היוצא תשובת בעל הבית על התנגדותו לדייר המוצע, או לעצם השכרת המושכר, או מהיום שקבע בעל הבית להחזרת ההחזקה במושכר לעצמו, או מתום שלושים יום לאחר שנשלחו ההצהרות, הכל לפי המקרה האמור בסעיף 93.
